Operating Principle & Advantages

Based on the principle of evaporating liquid kerosene under vacuum and condensing it on the product. This method is much faster and more homogeneous than conventional heating.

High Heating Speed

Kerosene vapor condenses on the product surface, transferring latent heat. Heat transfer efficiency is higher than other methods. Reaches 110°C - 130°C quickly and safely.

Excellent Cleaning

Condensed kerosene acts as a solvent, washing away oily dirt and dust on the transformer. Ideal for repaired products.

Energy Efficiency

The entire process takes place under vacuum. The oxygen-free environment prevents aging of insulation material while maximizing water evaporation rate and energy saving.

Preparation
Phase

Products are placed in the autoclave and vacuumed. While the autoclave heats up, the evaporator preheats kerosene to vaporize it, spreading vapor inside the tank.

Heating
Phase

Kerosene vapor exchanges heat with the product and condenses. Condensed kerosene returns to the buffer tank and evaporator, forming a cycle. Continues until target body temperature is reached.

Pressure
Reduction

Kerosene supply stops. Mixed gas is pumped out and condensed for recovery. Heating and pressure reduction phases can alternate for optimal drying.

High
Vacuum

Main vacuum pump runs to lower pressure below **10Pa**. Process completes when temperature and dew point meet technical requirements.
